Master of Management – Marketing

Programme Overview

The Master of Management – Marketing degree is offered as a degree pathway in collaboration with Massey University, New Zealand. Marketing is listed as a specialisation option under the Master of Management pathway delivered through the Department of Business & Management at GISM.

Students complete the first year of postgraduate study at the GISM campus in Sri Lanka and then transfer to Massey University, New Zealand to complete the Master of Management degree with a Marketing focus. The final qualification is awarded by Massey University.

Entry Requirements

To enter the Master of Management you have been awarded or qualified with:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in the field of Management, Business Studies, Information Science, Engineering and biological/physical Science or, in similar field with a minimum B grade average OR
  • Equivalent qualification with experience accepted by the GISM faculty board of the Business AND
  • Selection will be based on an interview.

Market is very competitive and therefore new techniques and marketing concept applications are required for design, development and maintenance of marketing strategies.
